		<description>That&#039;s fantastic but the fact is that a majority percentage of the browsing public cannot even utilize CSSv2 today.  It would be nice for the W3C to actually start enforcing some of the specs as standards so that content actually looks the same in all browsers rather than leaving the implementation up to the individual browser developers.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On a side note, you should visit http://csszengarden.com to see what people are doing with style sheets.  It&#039;s pretty kewl stuff.</description>
