At first it was just weird, but then I recognized people (metaphorically speaking) and all was answered. When seen alone, the Pixyland Peter Pan is peculiar at best. He looks a lot like the “Stewart” character from Mad TV. Among friends in costume, he’s much more naturalized. It’s more something you would see at DragonCon at any given time and not think much about it. My fear, however, is that Pixyland guy is never out of costume. That’s where that strange music starts playing in my head and I’m all alone walking through the park at night and there’s some movement obscured by the shadows from the moon ahead.
You are correct about this guy never going out of character…I have seen him at various places in Tampa and he’s always in some type of Peter Pan-esque costume
